Le brut sans année

It is made from a blend of grape varieties and wines from different years. It stays at least 15 months in the cellar.

Le Blanc de Blancs

It is obtained from cuvées made exclusively from Chardonnay.

Le Blanc de Noirs

It is made from cuvées exclusively from Pinot Noir and/or Meunier.

Le Rosé

It is obtained from two methods left to the choice of the winemaker:

  • Blending/Assemblage: this method consists of blending red wine vinified under the Champagne appellation with the white juice cuvée.
  • Bleeding or maceration: the whole grains of black grapes are left to macerate until the desired color is obtained
  • La Cuvée Prestige

    It is born from the blending of wines from the same year (different crus and/or grape varieties) when it is exceptional. It requires at least 3 years of aging in the cellar.

    These are exceptional cuvées from selected plots, old vines or privileged hillsides.

    Following the disgorgement, a liqueur called “liqueur d’expedition” is added to each bottle. This liqueur is made up of wine and sugar, the proportion of which varies according to the type of Champagne that one wishes to obtain.

    • Brut Nature : 0 bis 3g sugar per liter
    • Extra Brut : 0 bis 6g sugar per liter
    • Brut : 5 bis 12g sugar per liter
    • Extra Dry : 12 bis 17g sugar per liter
    • Sec : 17 bis 32g sugar per liter
    • Demi-Sec : 32 bis 50g sugar per liter
    • Doux : mehr als 50g sugar per liter
