To accompany your wine or champagne tastings or for your own consumption and pleasure, we have selected French products for you that are made by master bakers and / or deliecacies  or special-drinks experts. These sweet or savory French specialties will delight your guests and contribute to the success of your event.

How is champagne selected?

The grape varieties pressed in the champagne will determine your choice. The Pinot Noir (blue grapes) gives the champagne body and strength, the Pinot Meunier (black grapes) gives it a round composition and a fruity taste, the Chardonnay (white grapes) gives it a fine, fresh and elegant taste.

A BSA (Brut Sans Annee), a champagne with mainly white grapes or a Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) are ideal as an aperitif and go very well with seafood, fish, poultry and veal dishes.

A champagne with predominantly black grapes or a Blanc de Noirs (100% Pinot Noir and / or Pinot Meunier), like a rosé or a vintage wine, unfolds its full taste together with red meat, game or a refined cheese.
